The Role
Reporting to the Regional Service Manager you will be responsible for the timely service and maintenance of electronic security equipment for this organisation\'s established client base. You will adopt a high level of ownership across your clients\' sites to deliver the best possible solutions and advice.
The Person
You will ideally hold 2BC Security, ACA and NSW Drivers Licences and have previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Electrical qualifications would be an advantage.

As a critical member of the store leadership team, the role Associate Store Manager Sales and Service Women''s Wear, Women''s Intimates, Cosmetics and Accessories, Luggage and Footwear, will allow you to further develop your business sensibility through ownership of your assigned divisions and your leadership skills and coaching to success. This position is primarily responsible for maximizing sales for assigned divisions through excellence in customer service, development of sales team and maintaining merchandise presentation in accordance with established standards. This involves: • managing the day-to-day operational activities of the category/store by interacting with customers, supervising staff, and ensuring security of corporate assets; • providing leadership to sales teams and leads, including recruitment, coaching/training, performance assessments, scheduling work, etc.; • executing plan(s) pertaining to Merchandising, Finance, Human Resources, etc., and ensuring that policies/procedures are in place and adhered to; • implementing corporate programs for service excellence and addressing customer service issues raised by the team; and • Demonstrates visible leadership. As Associate Store Manager Sales and Service (WW, WI, CA, LF), you will join the store management team in promoting teamwork and effective cross-functional collaboration. You will also collaborate with the Store Manager and in-store marketing and procurement teams in developing, implementing and evaluating plans aimed at increasing sales. Success in this role calls for strong leadership. The ideal job candidate will have completed a three-year community college program (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Retail Management. Other qualifications for this job include: Demonstrated excellence in selling and service orientation • Organizational skills including planning and monitoring skills necessary for effective coaching • Sound understanding of business processes and basic financial planning This position provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your leadership skills and develop the personal and technical competencies that contribute to making Sears the most successful multi-channel retailer in the Canadian market. It can also lead to positions of increased responsibility.
